After graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and a master’s in Biology, Toby went on to join the U.S. Army where he became a medic and eventually a member of the Army’s Special Forces Group, more commonly known as the Green Berets. After leaving the military with over 10 years of experience, Toby founded Alpha Recon in 2013 as a travel risk management company providing destination intelligence for individuals traveling abroad and businesses and organizations conducting business overseas.
Toby served around the world in high threat areas advising senior military and U.S. government officials and dignitaries. Engaging with the locals he gained first-hand security experience in complex environments, strategy, and unconventional warfare. During this time, Toby became an expert in risk management and mitigation in various threat environments.
David is highly-skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in developing and leading enterprise security, enterprise risk, crisis management, and business resiliency operations for corporate and government industries.
Prior to joining Alpha Recon, David led enterprise security for Antero Resources Corporation and Apache Corporation. David also worked as a senior government security consultant with multiple departments and agencies. David is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army where he served as a Military Police Officer and deployed to Afghanistan for OEF I and Iraq for OIF I.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master’s in Security Management from the University of Houston, and a Graduate Certificate in Risk Management and Organizational Continuity from Boston University.
As CTO of Alpha Recon, Eamus brings the strategic and operational support of over 30 years in the industry to help shape and drive the long-term technology direction for the organization. Located in the UK, Eamus has spent the last 10 years supporting and implementing both corporate and technology strategy for many organizations and has been significantly involved in the mobile app tech industry.
With both significant operational and commercial experience, Eamus was heavily involved in the initial creation of the SaaS solutions marketplace in the UK in 1997/8. Since then he has held C Suite positions in Public and Private tech organizations in the UK leveraging his financial background in the areas of software development, network architecture, business process re-engineering and, data center design and build. Eamus also has significant experience in M&A and fundraising transactions in the last 15 years.
Andy is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in Economics. He serves as a CFO, Investor, and Advisor to multiple companies in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas.
A Denver resident, Andy is Alpha Recon’s CFO. Andy’s has experience as an investor and consultant to multiple startups and provides valuable insight to the management team.
While serving active duty in the U.S. Army Infantry, Herman helped establish the first Battalion Information Systems Group to leverage current computer technology for use by a rapid deployment combat arms unit. He studied Computer Information Science Engineering at The Ohio State University.
Later, he became Head of Technology for the Eastern Division Executive Office of the Associates Financial Services. Herman has worked in hardware technical support for various clients including Dell, HP and Cisco. Herman brings many years of computer and information security experience to Alpha Recon.

Suresh brings over 20 years of software engineering and software architecture experience to the Alpha Recon team having worked with a variety of health care ,finance, oil and gas companies.
As VP of Technology, he guides software development of Alpha Recon and helps advise, architect and develop new technologies for Alpha Recon
